Greta Rose Zagarino

For over 15 years Greta Rose Zagarino has been creating a story compelling enough to capture your attention, and plant a seed that would last long enough for you to tell at least one other person.

Using cutting edge technology and social media to reach small donors and athletic fundraisers, Greta worked with her husband, Scott (ordained Zen Buddhist priest, former pro-triathlete, avid paddler, author) to raise $7.6 million dollars in 4 years with a staff of 3 (average donation $51). She has worked for a billion-dollar money management firm in Beverly Hills, TV studios in Hollywood, George Lucas’ Industrial Light & Magic in northern California, Mike Milken’s Prostate Cancer Foundation in Santa Monica, and for a revolutionary technology company, RapidGiving.

She has generated stories featured on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, Times Square, national talk shows (Rachel Ray to Howard Stern), and has generated millions of dollars in one-day virtual fundraising “non-events”. Greta is the former COO for the Sportsgrants Foundation. Combined with a successful career in theatre, film, music and art in her twenties, she has a creative prospective that presents out-of-the-box solutions that directly impact her clients’ bottom line.

Greta Rose Responsive Design was founded in May 2012 to share her skills in design, technology, website construction and business development with small business owners. She has been a resident of Hood River, OR since 2006. She lives with her husband, Scott, and her rescue pit bull, Rosemary Bloominklotz.
