Wesley’s Wild World of Kayaking w/ the Jackson Action Wagon (J.A.W.)

Here is a photo out of the archives…  Andrew Bentley’s mother (Margo) brought this to me yesterday at church:

The photo is a picture of my best paddling buddy Andrew Bentley (on the left) and I (in red) with our first kayaks we paddled back in 1993-94.  We both learned to kayak at Buffalo Mountain Camp in Washington County, TN.  Andrew paddled the purple Dagger Crossfire and I paddled the light blue Perception Corsica.  We had a blast!  This camp was what got us hooked in the sport of kayaking.  Ah… what a trip down memory lane and yes we were nerds (and still are)!

It’s only 6 days till time to travel to Mexico for my greatest kayaking trips to date (Bungalo Bob - Craze of Creeks)!  I am getting super excited!!!
