Cool! My first white water river was the upper section down to Watersmeet and is probably my favourite section that I’ve paddled in the UK!

Nice photos. I’ve always liked surf kayaking, I seem to catch waves so much easier than on the river! Although the poundings I take are comparable.

Hi Kate!

Judging by your blog, it looks like you’re having a great time kayaking in the UK. I haven’t been keeping up my blog for awhile now . I’m commenting on this old blog post because I injured my neck yesterday while practicing some flatwater cartwheels. I remember that you had dealt with a neck injury…. Did you visit your primary care provider first? Did you get x-rays? How did you decide to visit a PT? Any advice?
