About 1 week ago, Chris, Steve and I headed to Caswell Bay, Gower, SW Wales. The swell was 2-3 ft with on-shore breeze and a short period. I wasn’t expecting too much, but to my pleasant surprise, the waves were much better than they looked. This was a great time to practice blunts and I was doing quite well until I wound up my torso a bit too much and twisted a muscle in my back. Chris and I traded kayak and board and I got board surf for about ½ hr. Good times.
