Founded in 1966, The Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association has been instrumental in protecting flowing waters in Tennessee. Early work led to a state wide Scenic Rivers Act that was the first in the nation.
The first TSRA paddling school was held in 1970 and over the subsequent 38 years we’ve provided paddle and safety training to thousands and thousands of paddlers.
