Boise Hometown Throwdown #4
20 August 2009

Boise’s 4th Throwdown was held under clear skies and a comfortable 80 degrees (usually hovering around 100 right now!) We had a ton of spectators at this event, which made it even more fun.
The crew from Cascade Raft showed up again and our slew of youth. Our friend and long time paddler Willard dedcided not to let the raft guides have all the fun and jumped in the mix.
The Gutter is gets a little shallow in the trough this time of year and cartwheels are tricky, but quite a few figured out they could throw them higher in the pile. McNasty’s, Loops and even a Phonix Monkey were thrown down.
Finished off the night with a couple of boater-x races for each class and then grilled some dogsĀ – enjoy the pics
