By James McBeath • May 29th, 2009 • Category: Feature Story, Pro Circuit Results, Team Trials
Starting Saturday, May 30th, 2009 World Kayak, H2oDreams (Chris Wing) and Elevation Lifestyle Network will be coordinating to bring you the full US Team Trials LIVE via the web. World Kayak and Chris Wing will be streaming LIVE from the rocks in Glenwood Springs Colorado as the hopefuls in all divisions take to the wave. Broadcast begins at 9am (subject to change of course) and runs through to the last ride. We will be interviewing and picking up the play by play live as the comp unfolds. the stream will be hosted at http://www.worldkayakblogs.com/throwdown/wktv … starting Saturday May 30th at 9am (time subject to change).
At the Semi’s ELN takes over. Elevation Lifestyle Network is a local broadcast group who will bring a full mobile unit to the competition and cover it with 6 cameras and full screen playback! Complete with interviews and much more. They have a great deal of cost associated with this broadcast so a nominal fee of $4.95 . World Kayak has agreed to help promote this coverage as we feel that it is an EXCELLENT example set by a local broadcaster. We imagine ALL our regional broadcasters taking up the gauntlet thrown down by ELN and ensuring more and more whitewater events get covered on local, national and international levels. Please support their efforts by joining us and cheering on your US competitors. Coverage begins at 2 pm Saturday May 30th at http://www.elevationlifestylenetwork.com .
