My daughter, Brooke, and I were out for my morning Pepsi run to Chevron in Horseshoe Bend and stopped off at Climax Wave which is just below our house. I had toyed around with paddling on the river this weekend, but man, the sight of ice floating down the river makes the pool look more inviting

I took a picture at the end of September of a nice Locust tree in yellow leaves that sits just above Climax. Also here is a picture of Joe Carberry on Climax during a nice July day a few years back.
