Idaho: Kickoff For River Recreation Park In Boise

What: Rally for River Recreation
Where: Quinn’s Pond, at the end of Pleasanton Avenue, between Idaho River Sports and the Greenbelt
When: 6 to 8 pm, Thursday, June 11

This is the first of what we hope will become an annual kickoff to the paddling season on the Boise River. Weandrsquo;d like to get as many paddlers as possible to show their support and join us for a photo shoot in Quinnandrsquo;s Pond at 6 pm, followed by a short update on the status of the Ray Neef, MD, River Recreation Park and some exciting announcements. At this point we are coordinating some other details, but we hope to have entertainment and are inviting food vendors, and retailers and other organizations to set up displays. Idaho River Sports is donating raffle prizes for those who participate in the photo shoot.
