Do you carry a mono or tri-pod regaularly on multiday trips?
Ever tried the GPS tagging unit? (suspect it’s too heavy to carry kayaking but have you used one?

Thanks….

Negative on the Gps due to cost :)

Mono-pod only if there is a specific shot I want on a day run. have not brought it on a multi-day yet, my boat is pretty packed between my gear and a breakdown paddle. I use a tripod somewhat often when not kayaking though, mono-pod never when not kayaking, although that may change with the 300 ed if, it’s my first lens heavy enough to warrant a tripod mount on the lens. cheers,

Darin
