EJ doing an airscrew paddle toss and catchIn my many years of travel around the North America, Europe, Asia, South and Central America, and Africa it occurred to me that what kayaking needs is a stronger local community.  It is wonderful having friends world wide that paddle.  It is even better when we have other paddlers we can physically meet at the river, or pool, or film premier, wherever and talk about, go, and watch kayaking.    

What I want you to do, it is take full advantage of the tools that we have brought you to improve your paddling life.  We have ambassadors in over 25 regions of North America already, helping to increase the information flow, activity level, social events, trips, etc. in your hometown!   If you don’t have an ambassador already in your region- do you want to be one?   If you are like me, you want paddling to be as fun as possible for everyone.  You know that you can help by spreading the love.   Your blogs, trip reports, river descriptions, etc. are of interest to other people in your area- post them here, along with videos, photos, and your favorite links.   We want to see what you are doing and maybe we can join you in the fun!
