kayak fishing

I have recently purchased a sit on top Ocean Kayak Caper. I will be rigging this up to be used for fishing and camping. So until the rivers start coming up again, I’ll be spending a lot of time fishing local watersheds and calm sections of the chattahoochee river.     Any folks out there used there sot ocean kayaks in rocky rivers? I’m curious how well they hold up
